Here's a Guide to activate the Europa Clue Quest Guide in Sparta/Athens:
To activate the Europa Clue Quest, talk to the NPC named Labyrinth Quest Envoy near Zeus Gift NPC and accept the Labyrinth Quest. After accepting the quest, proceed to Event Transporter (142,-38) and transmit to Dodecanese (Sparta)/ Cyclades (Athens) to enter the Labyrinth.
There are Nine isles in the Labyrinth and each of them has four teleportation spots which can teleport players to different isles. After talking with "Zeus' Envoy" in the Labyrinth, players will obtain the item "Zeus' Oracle". You Have to Find "Zeus Envoy1" and give "Zeus' Oracle 1" to him, then players will obtain "Zeus' Oracle 2". Go on finding "Zeus' Envoy 2" and give "Zeus' Oracle 2" to him and so on until you give "Zeus' Oracle 5" to "Zeus' Envoy 5". The five Zeus Envoys are distributed among the five different isles.
You will start on the Island number 1, Talk to NPC named Zeus Envoy and then go to Zeus Envoy 1 on the same island.
Enter portal 7 >5 >9 >3 and you will find on this island the NPC Zeus Envoy 2 . Talk to NPC Zeus Envoy 2 to exchange and obtain Zeus oracle 3.
Enter portal 5 and you will find Zeus Envoy 3 on this island, talk to NPC Zeus Envoy 3 to exchange and obtain Zeus Oracle 4.
Enter portal 7 and you will find Zeus Envoy 4 on this island, talk to NPC Zeus Envoy 4 to exchange and obtain Zeus Oracle 5.
Enter portal 5 >9 >3 >4 >6 >2 >9 and you will find Zeus Envoy 5 on this island, talk to NPC Zeus Envoy 5 to finish the Europa Clue Quest and obtain Pans Invitation 3.
Enter the portal behind you to exit the Labyrinth.
You can do this once a day because this is a Daily Quest, but you will obtain a lot of exp and talent points.
